The purpose of this offer is to
attempt to sell you a timeshare interest in The Manhattan Club. We invite
all inquires. For the purpose of this promotion, however, eligibility to
participate is restricted to those meeting the following conditions:
households having a combined, verifiable, minimum annual income of $65,000
who are credit worthy. Proof of identification and valid credit card are
required. Accommodations are provided at The Park Central Hotel, 870
Seventh Avenue, New York, NY 10019. The hotel is adjacent to The Manhattan
Club. Two adults per room. All guests must attend an informative,
90-minutes tour and timeshare sales presentation of The Manhattan Club. If
married, cohabiting or engaged, both parties must attend the full
presentation together to qualify for this reduced rate. Qualified touring
parties will receive their choice of dinner, theatre tickets or shopping.
There is no obligation to purchase. In the event that you do not attend the
full scheduled presentation, the difference between the special package
price and the current room rate per night will be charged to your credit
card as an incidental expense, in addition to the price of this special
package. This mini-vacation is valued at $508. for midweek stays and $608.
for weekends stays. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other
promotional offer. A written confirmed reservation is required for
check-in. Although refunds are not available, we will happily reschedule or
change your reservation at no charge one time. To reschedule, notify The
Manhattan Club by phone, TOLL FREE at 1-888-422-9363 a minimum of five (5)
days prior to your scheduled check-in date. Any further changes will have
an administrative charge of $25.00 each. The following persons are not
eligible for this offer: current owners at The Manhattan Club, employees of
The Manhattan Club or any affiliated company and their families, and
participants in any previous Manhattan Club promotion. Only one award per
touring party. This offer is not available to the general public, is by
invitation only and is only valid at the time of your actual visit. You
must bring this letter with you at the time of your appointment to receive
your award. Beginning November 16, 1999 and throughout 2000 each qualified
touring party will receive one entry in a drawing for 7 consecutive days of
accommodations at an RCI resort of their choice, plus round trip airfare
for two between the resort and a major city near their home city (maximum
combined airfare allowed is $2000). New drawing each month. Prize recipient
will be selected in a random drawing held at the beginning of each month
from all entries received during the prior month (except for the first
drawing which will have six weeks of entries). Each prize recipient will be
notified within fifteen (15) days after the end of each month. As a
condition to accepting the prize, it is understood that The Manhattan Club
has permission from the recipient to photograph the recipient and reproduce
his or her likeness for promotion. RCI Resort Vacation Package includes one
year membership in RCI, seven (7) banked days giving recipient the
opportunity to use seven (7) consecutive days in one RCI resort of their
choice based upon availability and round trip airfare for two to and from a
major airport near recipients home city. Travel must be completed prior to
expiration of membership year. Ground transportation, meals, purchases and
other expenses incurred are not included, and remain the responsibility of
recipient. Total prize value will vary based on actual airfare. Recipient
is responsible for all state, federal and local taxes assessed on the value
of this prize. No cash substitution allowed. Recipient agrees to sign a
release of liability and, where lawful, a publicity consent. THIS
