The individual homes of Cross Creek Resort are located less than two miles from the new $400 million Branson Landing, which features great shopping, dining and other attractions. The central point of the 97-acre Cross Creek Resort community is a three-and-a-half-acre man-made lake stocked with several types of fish. The luxury homes are professionally decorated and complete with modern conveniences, such as full kitchens with granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances as well as flat-screen televisions and washers and dryers.
The first phase of construction at Cross Creek is currently underway with three large luxury homes completed to date. The finished homes, two of which are approximately 4,500 square feet, include three to four bedrooms, high-end amenities such as plasma screen televisions, and a deck overlooking the lake.
This summer, Cross Creek is beginning development on its unique Storybook model homes, which are available with one, two or three bedrooms and range from 730 to 2,200 square feet. The community is also developing a state-of-the-art clubhouse, along with swimming pools with waterslides and hot tubs, a children’s play area, fitness room and tennis court.
Owned and operated by JA-TAE Investment LLC, Cross Creek Resort has been awarded RCI Gold Crown Resort status based on proposed amenities and service standards.
Cross Creek Resort has joined the RCI Points Exchange Program, which allows Cross Creek Resort vacation owners to have access to RCI’s global exchange network of more than 3,700 affiliated resorts.
