Located near Busch Gardens Williamsburg, Parkside Resort’s 784 timeshare units will be available through the RCI PointsSM program, which provides owners access to RCI's global affiliated resort network as well as the many additional benefits of the RCI Points exchange program. The resort has been awarded RCI Gold Crown ResortÒ status based on proposed amenities and service standards.

The 40 fractional villas in Parkside Golf Villas will be part of The Registry CollectionÒ, an international service provider to the luxury leisure real estate market providing concierge, reservations, club operations management and other value-added services to all of its affiliates and members.

Parkside’s first phase of construction is scheduled to begin in 2006 and developers estimate the first phase will be completed by 2008. The remaining phases will be built over the next seven to 15 years. The resort is adjacent to the Williamsburg Country Club and owners and exchange guests will be able to take advantage of golf privileges. Other proposed amenities include: indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a clubhouse – with a game room and café – and a state-of-the-art fitness center and spa.
