Additional Terms & Conditions... suggested by Mel Grant - San Francisco Exchange Company 1. The inbound guests are bound by all of the resorts rules and regulations. 2. Inbound guest/s are totally responsibe for any and all damages caused by them to the unit and/or resort facilities. 3. Guests are totally responsible for any incurred costs at the resort as well as any other travel related costs. 4. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy the unit unless accompanied by persons 21 or older. These are some very basic minimum but important components that one should have written as part of the confirmation and perhaps a few more. Technically, you the owner are responsible to any damage caused to the unit by you or guests (an exchanger is your guest). This way, you are placing the liability on the guest.Enclosed is a second copy of this letter and a stamped envelope addressed to exchanger's name. Please sign the added note at the bottom of this letter ( also enclose any resort flyers and info you might have for him) acknowledging the reassignment of my unit to him.
Thanks
Your Name
ps. I have also called to re assigned the unit. The letter is a follow-up and receipt for exchanger's name.
